Mohs Micrographic Surgery

Mohs Surgery, also known as Mohs Micrographic Surgery, is a skin cancer treatment option offered at Southwest Michigan Dermatology. Mohs is an outpatient surgery done by one of our Board-Certified Dermatologists. Mohs is a unique surgery in that the Dermatologist can see under a microscope where the cancer ends and where the healthy skin starts. This allows them to remove all of the cancer area while leaving as much healthy skin as possible.
